How to be good at lineage 2?

oh i have lame pc.. but still when i don't have anything better to do i play lineage 2 on private servers.. i play on ( GVE ) atm so i play about for 2 years and im totaly noob... everyone is stronger and faster than me.. now i have 75 lvl d.elf with bow my p.atk ~2700 and speed only 400 and others hit me for 2000 damge and i hit 1000 max ( with critical) can someone give me some advices or maybe there is any good guide how to become better? thx in advance
