In Lineage 2 I need a C grade gemstone...?

I am trying to complete the quest for a dragon (hatchling) but I can't find anywhere a c grade gemstone. Please tell me if you know. by the way, the quest is called "Little Wings"

1. Gemstones Grade C can be purchased from any Grocery stores in any towns except the starter villages. Costs around 3k adena each. Good luck with raising your hatchling! :)
