How to buy Lineage 2 game card?

im an australian user, and if i try to buy it using plaync store, it does not work (says the product is unavaiable) and i have tried using all the marketing partners that are listed. I googled to see if any aussie people could actually play lineage 2 and there were big results (as in people could play it), so i have no idea how to buy it. i am using credit card also. so could someone please help out? thankyou very much!
