Where can I find the serial codes on my Guild Wars games so I can put them on my NCsoft Master Acc?

I have all four titles and a Ncsoft master account, but every time I try to type in the serial code, it says it is invalid. Can anyone tell me where the exact serial code is or if there is another way to register my games?

1. They are probably asking for the keycodes you used to create the account. Those were in sealed envelopes within the game boxes.
